Veteran Causes
Posted on February 26, 2010 by heather in WarBikesWarBikes is here to show honor to a large swath of our history, these majestic airplanes that were commissioned for battle so many decades ago. We are inspired by the bullet scars as much as by the people who built, maintained and flew them.
Veterans surround us, work with us, explain why our lives are so very different now because of the causes they fought for once upon a time.
This hits a little closer now, because just last week was the passing of Canada’s last WWI Veteran. Here we are, 65 years after WWII saw conflict and the loss of those veterans is estimated to be 900 per day. Add in Korea, Vietnam, Gulf and current conflicts – everyday you see or meet someone who served their country.

We know this. We respect this. We respect you. We’re building a custom motorcycle inspired by one of the most daring fighter warplanes, the P-51. Our next custom build is to honor the B-17 bomber. Some of you have seen these aircraft at air shows, re-enacting dramatic aerial battles.
Or maybe you know someone who worked on or logged hours flying in one. Perhaps you’re a member of the Commemorative Air Force and have gotten grease under your fingernails while maintaining an engine within the fleet.
Maybe you built model airplanes as a kid, dreaming of becoming a pilot someday, but for whatever reason your life took another direction. But you got your motorcycle license instead. Now you fly in formation with other riders, cruising down the highway.
Maybe you’re a member of a riding club, like Warrior Brotherhood Veteran’s Motorcycle Club, Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association, US Military Vets Motorcycle Club, or the Veterans Motorcycle Club. There are several all across the country that welcome military riders.
No matter who you are, or how you found us, we’re building these WarBikes for you.

Appreciating an article like this is really will make me happy. Spamming has really been an abuse, not only blaming the site quality but also wasting an article of such information, publishers are really happy when they get comments appreciating their hard work, But it hurts when its spammed just for promotion of a product but not the information.
