The propellers on an aircraft are shaped and angled to assist in moving the aircraft forward through the air, taking advantage of thrust for propulsive force. Much like wheels on the ground spin to keep the vehicle thrusting forward. Both are assisted by engines, of course.

Since the entire Gunfighter motorcycle is a custom design, carving propeller blades into the wheel gives this bike that extra feel of flight.

In a tribute to the Commemorative Air Force 50th Anniversary, Ralph had the guys at EGO TRIPP stamp the CAF Ghost Squadron emblem on the angled ‘blades’.

This episode is a close up of the design going in and the wheels being cut. Put your safety goggles on – the metal flies!
